What is a passcode on iPhone?
A passcode in the iPhone is used to protect the personal data of phones from anonymous persons. Apple provides the facility to protect the iPhone data by setting a passcode, fingerprint lock, or face id.
In this article, I will show you how to turn off the passcode on the iPhone. This can only happen if you have already a passcode.
Turn off passcode on iPhone with a home button
- Go to setting
- Click on Touch ID & Passcode
- For the iPhone 4, 4s, 5, or 5c, navigate: Settings > Passcode.
- A window will be open. Now enter your passcode
- Then click on Turn passcode off
- The passcode is turned off
Turn off passcode on iPhone without a home button
- Go to setting
- Click on Face ID & Passcode
- Now enter your Passcode
- Click on turn off, Face Id is disabled.
If there is no need, then don’t off the passcode. It’s better security to keep data secure and safe. In case you lost your iPhone, it will keep the data secure.
